 | John G. Chou Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary John G. Chou is Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of AmerisourceBergen Corporation. Prior to being named to his current position in January 2007, he was Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Secretary of the Company. Mr. Chou joined AmerisourceBergen in July 2002. Prior to joining AmerisourceBergen, he was a partner with the law firm of Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott. Mr. Chou has been practicing law for over 20 years and previously held senior legal positions with CIGNA Corporation and ARCO Chemical Company, where he was Chief Corporate Counsel and then Chief European Counsel. He started practicing law with a large New York law firm. Mr. Chou is a graduate of Harvard College and the University of Pennsylvania Law School. |
